1. Booking and Check-in

By booking with Crest Homes Uganda, you agree to the following:

• Identification: All guests must present a valid Government ID or Passport upon arrival.
• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the booked apartment.

2. Payments and Cancellations

• Payments: Full payment or a deposit (as specified during booking) is required to secure your stay.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a penalty fee equivalent to one night's stay.

3. House Rules & Guest Conduct

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, guests must adhere to the following:

• Noise: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor balcony areas.
• Parties: Large parties or unauthorized events are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing by management.
• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity under Ugandan law will result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Damages and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Crest Homes Uganda is not liable for the loss of personal belongings; please use the provided security features.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Kampala.
